Steven graduated with a BS in Marketing from the University of Maryland School of Business. 

He started his career at Xerox Corporation.  He spend 8 years in direct sales roles with Xerox and Chips LTD Bermuda in the Office Product Industry.

Then he gained 11 years of experience managing indirect and direct sales teams in the telecommunication industry.

The last 13 years Steven managed several direct sales teams in the automotive industry providing digital advertising and e-commerce expertise.
